Its weird, I've run into it a few times myself, basically you have to close the window, go to settings, go to security and privacy, there should be something in that area asking about the app and if you click open anyway and re-try opening the game, it'll give you the option to open anyway.

downloaded it for windows but when i press the file and press the application "Class of 09" it says it cant be executed

I downloaded the Mac version but it says "cannot be opened because developer cannot be verified " does anyone know how I could fix this?
